If there is a need for you to store your documents for long periods of time, then offsite document storage maybe your cheapest solution. By utilsing InBond’s facilities you will not have to pay for costly additional office space and as Inbond offer a complete Document Management service we will take away the stress of keeping archived documents.

We have fully racked warehouses designed for document storage, which can be easily adapted to store oversized items. If required by the client parts of this warehouse can be sectioned off to provide a dedicated location, which only authorised personnel will have access to. This is designed for clients that require maximum security measures to be implemented.

The InBond Eaglescliffe site was previously an MoD facility serving the Royal Navy’s fleet of vessels and since InBond took over the site in 1995 we have both maintained and enhanced all the security features, which includes the full perimeter fence, 24/7 manned security, CCTV across the site, single point barrier controlled entry/exit as well as other security measures such as a vehicle pass system. As an approved HMR&C Bonded warehouse this level of security is required to be in place as part of our Bond agreement.
