At InBond we offer a reliable, first class retrieval and collection service using our own vehicles. We have dedicated company vans to the document management service which run Monday - Friday. If required an evening emergency call out service and a dedicated weekend call out service can be made available.
By utilising drivers who have a proven trusted track record with InBond we provide our clients with a greater degree of comfort. We understand the vital importance of confidentiality in providing this service.
In instances whereby maximum security is of paramount importance InBond can offer a service whereby the vehicle will leave the secure site at Eaglescliffe and travel direct to a client’s premises without stopping, again for added security consideration.
We also give our clients the option to collect/deliver document boxes themselves.
All customers are appointed with key account controllers who will be in the office to answer all telephone calls, faxes and e-mails Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm.
We currently process orders via e-mail and we send confirmation of receipt. But as part of our ongoing business development we are working on an on-line order form which would be accessible via our website and once completed this would be automatically e-mailed direct to the key account controllers to be processed.
